My name is Mike Krasser, founder of Concentric Builders. I grew up in Austria and have always had a love for working with my hands. The workbench, saws, chisels, and planes in my grandfather’s wood shop held a magical fascination for me. My mother tells a story about how as a small toddler I enthusiastically yelled ‘hammer, hammer’ when they built their house.  

Fundamentally, I am motivated by making things beautiful in a way that values the people involved. 

Serving people as a General Contractor allows me to use my skills and inclinations to do just that. A remodel process should feel well managed, transparent, and accessible. I believe that my clients should get what they asked for, on time and on budget, no surprises.  

My twenty years in the corporate sector have taught me how to manage complex projects in a calm, professional, and determined way. I am selective about the people on my team and am drawn to those who also bring high standards for craftsmanship – that is one thing I am not willing to compromise on. Experience has shown me that if we create the conditions where their craftsmanship and artistry can shine, wonderful things will happen.
